A PM can execute perfect process frameworks, ceremonies, etc., and still perform poorly if: (a) she is not delivering the right things, (b) she is not delivering them in the correct sequence, (c) she is not delivering them at the right time for the customer, or (d) she is not effectively solving the problem she intends to address; to be fair.
Question: What have 'we' shipped? What was the impact? Because in the end, that's what truly matters.
