0:30 and this I see all the time where the
0:32 primary goal of the engineering leaders
0:35 is to keep the engineers happy every
0:36 single engineer happy so that's the lens
0:39 through which every decision is taken
0:40 another one is systems driven where
0:42 Engineers want to build the right
0:44 systems there's nothing wrong with
0:46 building the right systems but sometimes
0:48 they take it too far they're spending
0:50 inordinate amounts of time on optimizing
0:53 A system that hasn't had much business
0:56 impact yet and they think making
0:58 beautiful system is their main job the
